What's new?
v3 External API now available
This release introduces a new version of IRIS+ External API. This version expands what exists v2, providing customers with essential information about their sensors, their rules, and additional details needed to learn about events that are generated.
Compared to the last v2 version, we have expanded on information such as:
- Get sensor ID
- Get folder ID
- Get events from sensor
- Get rules from sensor
- Enable & disable rules from API

What's improved?
General stability improvements to analytics
We've also released some system-level improvements to help stabilize model management behind the scenes. This improvement should help with reducing the risk of crashes to the analytics services and should improve the service's robustness.
Improvements on portal session timeouts
The authentication and login process has also been updated to reduce risks of the system logging a user out unprompted. This should ensure that the logged in session for each user is manageable without having to worry about getting kicked from the system early.
What's fixed?
This version includes fixes for the following issues reported in production:
- Personalized AI (PAI) was missing events for new PAI attributes created
- Personalized AI (PAI) was producing wrong error messages when editing/deleting custom PAI attributes.
- Older cameras were reporting unknown health statuses.
- Large Personalized AI (PAI) images caused parts of the analytics service to crash
- Incorrect rule information found on facial recognition in the rules view
- Portal's interface freezes when attempting to uncheck certain cameras within the Search for Person dialogue.
