Fixes ./install.sh --plan kernel failing with a libpython3.12 dependency error on Ubuntu hosts. Removes the optional perf diagnostic tools from the kernel package list, with no impact on the kernel, drivers or IRIS+ functionality. Verified on Ubuntu 24.04 only. A permanent fix will follow in the next installer build.
