Support for special characters in passwords

Industry-standard available here details the support for special characters in video stream URLs.
See chapter 2.2. The following table lists the special characters and the applicable value to be inserted into the password in the URL to be used in IRIS+™.
The encoding of the special characters was done using this encoder.
