Irisity updates improve your system's stability, performance, or compatibility and are recommended for all users. For users connected to our cloud-hosted environments, updates will be automatically applied according to our policies.

The release is planned to be deployed to our cloud-hosted systems on February2 during our service maintenance window.

What's new?

  • New health alert for integration statuses - A new health alert has been introduced to IRIS+ for handling integrations. This new health alert will send a notification to the user in the system as a warning when events are experiencing difficulties being sent through integrations.
  • Stopped vehicle rule - New dwell time options have been added to the stopped vehicle rule, allowing users to
    • Extend the maximum dwell time of vehicle detected to an hour.
    • Configure dwell time between seconds or minutes

  • Anonymization v1 - We are also offering today anonymization options for customers requiring additional privacy measures. This allows for customers to:
    • Protect people in scenes that requires a level anonymity.
    • Apply a layer of standard pixelation in grayscale or color.

What's improved?

  • Accessing between rules and events will now be much easier. Customers can travel between rules and events with a more streamlined flow. Click on the rule within the alarm to get quick access to the rule setup.

What's fixed?

  • Customers reaching their license expiration period will now receive an in-portal notification about their status as a reminder to renew their license subscription. The bug found in this feature was preventing the notification and has been resolved.
  • Filtering of rules and devices in the portal have been adjusted to improve the overall user experiencing of accessing different entities across the portal.
