irisity updates improve your system's stability, performance, or compatibility and are recommended for all users for users connected to our on prem environments, updates will be automatically applied according to our policies this release is based on the cloud version 2024 5 what's improved? insights improved field options improvements have been made towards the usability of custom insights dashboard creation we've added some clarity to the field options when creating a manual dashboard this should make it easier for users to select the right field when creating a new widget insights additional time interval options we've also added an additional improvement towards insights in this release, which allows users to create graphs to show data within five minute intervals this allows users to look into events that are expected to generate and occur in less than hour from each other, painting a more accurate representation on what happens at a site the minimum interval a user can display as short as 5 minutes of each other additional improvements to support bundle optimizations were included in this release to allow better usage of hardware resources, improving the log collection process that better serves technical troubleshooting purposes, improving the customer care experience this includes optimizations of hardware resourcing consumption, reducing the load on the ram for log collection adding a system back up to the support bundle what's fixed? this version includes fixes for the following issues reported in production event videos retrieved from investigation failed to playback black images found in event thumbnails within monitor tab missing bounding boxes from the event grid for anomaly events failed to detect female classified humans in people detection rules face recognition failed to display the correct name from a watchlist missing map button from event in monitor tab timestamp discrepancies found in events sent through a genetec integration timeouts found in the streamer option missing for focus on map function in events edge device was not removing old files needed to clean up the memory load timestamp discrepancies found in events sent to genetec, causing bounding boxes to not display accurately
