Latest updates
Updates to IRIS+ are typically done through system maintenance windows, generally scheduled on Tuesdays at 15:00 CEST. When a system update is scheduled, a badge gets displayed at the top right side of the screen with the set date and time for maintenance.
To get notified about any status updates through email, subscribe to the IRIS+ system maintenance page at status.irisity.io.
IRIS+ will now include a notification indicating when the platform will undergo a regular system update and maintenance process.
This badge will show both before and after the portal login:

Instead of solely relying on emails notifying you when the maintenance will occur, all users will now be alerted and notified before the upgrade begins, ensuring that all customers will be reminded promptly without checking any emails.
