This release will be accessible to all customers using the cloud-hosted system on 19-August during our service maintenance window.
We're pleased to announce in this release our latest offerings to enterprise customers, Personalized AI.
If you're looking to detect and track specific entities in scenes, Personalize AI offers a way to curate and configure attributes of everything you need to find in places that matters.
To get alerts on objects shown (or not shown) in a scene, configure objects by specifying the object's classification and attributes.
For customers monitoring secure sites, IRIS+ offers improvements towards cameras using motion detection rules, to provide a notable increase in detection accuracy, preventing less instances of issues like missed detections and false alarms.
With this improvement, customers can safely depend on IRIS+ to alert operators when cases of intrusion or trespassing occurs in real time.
To enable this improvement, access the camera setting and turn on the tracker enhancement toggle.
Some production bugs have been fixed in IRIS+, including
- Unattended object: There was an issue with detecting white boxes left behind and now resolved.
- Reports - Inconsistencies between the Insights module and the reports has been mitigated, the data shown between the two features should be in sync now.
- Events - In event overlays in the monitor view has been updated to increase accuracy to properly lay the box on top of the subject.
