Irisity updates improve your system's stability, performance, or compatibility and are recommended for all users. For users connected to our cloud-hosted environments, updates will be automatically applied according to our policies.
The release was deployed to our cloud-hosted systems on August 1 and during our service maintenance window.
- New authentication protocol: A new login process has been implemented to provide users portal access with heightened safety and security. Two-factor authentication has also been included to provide all users the option to enable an additional layer of account protection.
- New session timeout protocol: With the new authentication protocol in place, an additional security measure has been applied to prevent unauthorized access to the portal.
- The corrupted billing export file has been resolved. Users are now able to return to downloading the file in CSV format without any issues.
- File names of exportable reports have been updated to enhance readability.
